  • Timber & finish — Solid timber, aluminium or steel; or we build to the material and finish spec your own brand already uses.
  • Upholstery — Microfibre, thickened PU, eco silicone leather or PU leather, with polyurethane foam. Any Pantone colour.
  • Springs — German Wagner springs, German piano-wire springs, Korean Sangbo steel or domestic carbon steel — set per model and resistance profile.
  • Hardware & rails — Stainless-steel rails, hardware and tube; silent frosted rollers with sealed bearings; 3-position spring bars.
  • Branding — Laser-engraved or branded plate on the frame, woven label on the upholstery, custom crate printing.

MOQ is quoted per model and finish, because frame timber, spring set and upholstery each change the run length. For OEM and ODM programmes we build to the material and finish specification your own brand already uses. Rails, springs and bearings are specified for studio duty. Products are tested against REACH, CA Prop 65 and 6P/7P, and the factory is ISO 9001 and BSCI audited. Complete apparatus ships in an individual wooden crate; foldable and aluminium models travel in cartons. What is the bidirectional ladder bed used for?双向梯床是做什么用的？
It is built for high-volume rehab and clinical work: the bed runs both ways so a practitioner can reposition a client without turning the machine around, and the ladder rungs give progressive resistance for spine and shoulders.
